Designed by Grand Master Kim, our curriculum includes the most exciting and beneficial aspects of Martial Arts. This includes kicking to improve flexibility, forms for balance and concentration, and partner drills to improve speed and reflexes. No two classes are exactly alike. A variety of drills make training fun and exciting.

Our adult martial arts program includes Tae Kwon Do, Hap Ki Do, Kum Do, Judo (Jujitsu) and Kickboxing which are safe and effective methods of self protection that really work.
